Keep in mind that the park has a daily capacity of 1,300 visitors, the date you choose will be tentative, if there is no space for the selected date, an alternative date close to the chosen date will be offered.

Your ticket is valid only for the reserved ticket date. Failure to show up at Discovery Cove on that date will result in the loss of the contracted services.

Cashless Policy: The parks began the transition to cashless operations, with the goal that visitors can enjoy the attractions in a simpler, more efficient and flexible way. They can pay with credit or debit cards or smart devices like Apple Pay and Google Pay anywhere they normally use cash. It's faster, safer and more convenient, so you spend less time in lines and more time having fun!
If they don't have an international card, they just need to stop by one of our easy-to-use Cash-to-Card kiosks, which are conveniently located throughout the park, to transfer the money (for free) to a Visa prepaid debit card that can be used anywhere Visa is accepted.


Weather-or-Not Assurance: Applies in cases where attractions are closed for 60 minutes or more due to weather. Should inclement weather cause early closings or negatively affect the park's operating hours, visitors may return another day at no additional cost. The policy also covers extreme heat. If temperatures in the park reach 110°F (43.3°C), guests will also be eligible to receive the benefit. To receive return tickets, guests must be present at the park on the day of their visit and go to Guest Services, or complete an online form, available on the park website, with their original ticket number on up to one week after the visit affected by weather. Return tickets must be used within 12 months of the original ticket being issued. Other conditions may apply, and more information is available on each park's website.
