*For the issuance of tickets to the Colosseum, it is mandatory to provide the first and last name of all passengers. Without this information the ticket cannot be issued, so the reservation will not be confirmed until the data of all passengers is available. Once the ticket to the Colosseum has been issued, it is non-refundable. It is also mandatory to bring your passport on the day of the tour.
*Due to heightened security measures, you may experience delays in clearing security checks when entering the Colosseum. Guests with a pacemaker will need to show a certificate to bypass security screening.
*Please ensure you have valid ID/passport. You might be refused entry otherwise.
*Bulky bags, trolleys or backpacks are not allowed at the Colosseum. No glass bottles allowed.
*This tour is not suitable for individuals who use a wheelchair or who have difficulty walking.
*Wear comfortable footwear and clothing - the tour will proceed regardless of the weather.
*The tour involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs, especially in the Roman Forum - please take this into consideration.
*Please note that if children are not presented with proof of age, they will be charged the adult rate.
