If cancellation is made up to 48 hours prior the departure date, you will not have any charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 100% service charge. If the tour is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
IMPORTANT:
All tickets for the Cathedral are now nominative. This means that for every participant, it is mandatory to provide their full name, surname, and ID/passport number at the time of booking. This applies to adults, children, and infants alike. Without this information, we will be unable to secure Cathedral entry for your reservation.
- It is very important to be at the meeting point at the scheduled time. Not doing so, you would lose the right to do the tour and the right of reimbursement.
- If there are also children in your booking, it is necessary to specify their age in advance for possible car safety procedures.
- To ensure a tour, we require a minimum of three (3) confirmed participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will work with you to find an alternative tour that meets your interests and availability. Alternatively, you may need to cancel your reservation.
