- To comply with legal regulations, the venue may ask to see the document used as identification at the time of booking. Please bring it with you to avoid being denied entry to the Alhambra.
- Be sure to provide the first name, last name, passport/identification number and country of each participant at the time of booking. Failure to do so or writing them incorrectly may result in being denied entry to the site.
- It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated and lost tours or tickets cannot be refunded.
- Our guides will have a City Wonders sign with the name of the tour at the meeting point for easy recognition.
- This tour involves considerable walking; comfortable shoes are recommended.
- We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any disability requiring special assistance. We also cannot accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.
- Photography is permitted throughout the tour.
- Some sites visited lack shade and may be hot in direct sunlight. We recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen and a bottle of water in hot weather.
- Spain's tourist sites are among the most popular in the world. Careful planning limits our exposure to crowds, but be aware that some locations may inevitably be busy during standard hours.
- Please note that large bags/tripods/umbrellas/backpacks are not permitted and must be checked in the free baggage storage area. Do not bring these items, as you may have to leave the tour early to retrieve them at the entrance. Only very small bags are allowed.
- We will make every effort to ensure that schedules and itineraries are adhered to; however, due to problems beyond our control, schedules and sites are subject to last minute changes on rare occasions.
- Our supplier reserves the right to refuse participation in its tours to any guest under the influence of drugs or alcohol or to any guest whose behavior is disorderly or poses a threat to other passengers or staff.
