CLARIFICATION: This activity is a panoramic tour, visiting the Valle Nevado Ski Center and the town of Farellones. This activity does NOT include admission to any parks, nor can additional activities be carried out during the tour.
- Complaints and suggestions should be directed to the park directly and are not related to the agency. (Inability to complete an interaction. Loss or theft of objects or tickets, etc.)
- SUMMER: The activity is estimated to begin in September, but this may vary depending on when the snow season ends at the parks.

Pick ups at accommodations are made in central locations within the urban radius, otherwise, you will have to arrive at a meeting point that will be assigned by the local operator.
