Ticket Description
The Universal Express Pass entitles one (1) guest one (1) time express ride access at participating rides and attractions within Universal Islands of Adventure. Express ride access is a separate queue line with a shorter wait time at participating rides and attractions. Subject to availability. Pass validity dates and prices are subject to change until purchased. Theme park admission is not included. Pass is not valid for separately ticketed events. Pass is only valid on the date selected and printed on the ticket. The above product is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’). Unless otherwise stated, does not include admission to separately ticketed events at any of the Universal theme parks or within any of the CityWalk venues, Universal Cinemark, or Hollywood Drive-In Golf™, and parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.

Will Call Kiosk Pickup Instructions
At any Universal Orlando theme park entrance, look to your right for the Will Call Kiosks signage.At the
kiosk machine, you must swipe a credit or debit card matching the Lead Guests last name listed on this
confirmation page for identify vertification only. You will also be required to enter the Universal Orlando
Confirmation Number listed above and the phone number supplied at the time of your purchase. Tickets do
not include parking or admission to separately ticketed events or venues. Standard entry includes
biometric scan. Matching valid photo ID required.
