If cancellation is made up to 48 hours prior the departure date, you will not have any charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 100% service charge. If the tour is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
To pick up the audio guide inside the museum you have to show the original copy of your Identity Document or Passport, they will keep your identity document until the FINAL of the visit when you will return the audio guide. If you lose or do not return the audio guide, a refund of €250.00 per unit will be requested.
