If cancellation is made up to 48 hours prior the departure date, you will not have any charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 100% service charge. If the tour is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

Despite our reservations, during the periods of greatest influx of visitors, the entrance to the museums may be subject to delays due to: - Security control at the entrance (metal detector) - The maximum number of people allowed at the same time inside the Museum for security reasons.
Only bottles of water that do not exceed 0.5 liters are allowed inside the Accademia Gallery (authorities responsible for checking bags are required to remove any bottled or canned drinks);
Drinking is not allowed inside the Exhibition Rooms.
